Privacy
What this website collects, why, and who processes it. Updated 7 November 2026.
The contact form
When you send a message we receive your name, your work e-mail address, the vendor you chose, your message, the topic, the page you wrote from, the page you came from, and the campaign tags of the link you followed, if it had any. We use these only to answer you and to understand which page was useful. The message is delivered to our team through a messaging service (Telegram), which therefore processes it on its way to us. We keep it for as long as we need to answer and follow up, and you can ask us to delete it by writing through the same form.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If you pick the light or dark theme, the choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. If we add analytics in the future it will not use cookies, and this page will say so before it starts.
Server logs and the network in front of the site
Like every web server, ours records the time, your IP address, the page and your browser for security and fault finding. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver and protect it. Fonts, scripts and pictures are served from our own server: no third-party content is loaded on your visit.
FlowSphera itself
FlowSphera is self-hosted: it has no cloud and no telemetry. A license check sends only the license key, the server's Instance ID and salted hashes of its hardware, never flow data, addresses or anything about your network.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form.
